Pregnancy brings so many new sensations, and while many are completely normal, often there are symptoms that you can address and that you don’t have to just “put up with”. Many changes can be supported, managed, and improved.

You may notice…

  1. More frequent trips to the bathroom — but you shouldn’t experience leaking or trouble emptying your bladder.
  2. Shifts in your bowel habits — perhaps occasional constipation, but not pain or bleeding with bowel movements.
  3. A feeling of pressure in your pelvis — but not sharp or severe pelvic pain.
  4. Mild, intermittent soreness — but not pain that limits your daily life.

If you’ve been told that what you’re feeling is “just part of pregnancy” and “it’ll go away after you deliver”, you might be suffering needlessly and may even slow your postpartum recovery.

I’ve supported hundreds of women through pregnancy, labor preparation, and postpartum healing. That journey begins with feeling truly supported and understood during a time when your body can feel unfamiliar and less within your control.

Why wait until after delivery to feel better?

Take the steps to understand your pelvic health and learn more about your changing body during this time.

Prioritize your well-being during pregnancy and optimize your postpartum recovery.
