Upcoming Programs:
Build Strength without Breaking Down: A Smarter Approach to Fitness after 40
Starts Saturday, April 4, 10 AM (Free Workshop)
Many people want to exercise consistently but are held back by aches, pains, or uncertainty about what to do. This seminar will help you understand why pain during exercise doesn’t always mean injury and how many common issues come from a mismatch between what your body can handle and what you ask it to do.
You’ll learn how to build strength safely, adjust workouts to reduce flare-ups, and use the 6×6 model for health and wellness to create a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness.

Girls’ Athletic Development Program
Thursday, March 19, 7 PM (6-Week Program)
We have found that athletes often get “stuck” around 7th and 8th grade, feeling like they’re being outpaced by their peers in sports and are unable to keep up. This program was created to address that stage of development by focusing on foundational sports skills that may not come naturally to every athlete, but are essential for long-term success.
This 6-week course will focus on lifting mechanics, force and power development, and sprinting mechanics, all within a supportive, community-centered environment. Our goal is to help each athlete build confidence, develop key skills, and gain an advantage as they prepare for high school athletics and beyond.
We look forward to meeting you and your athletes and helping set them up for continued success.
